Will you redo our website on Shopify?

We can, but it’s not included in the migration package. Pricing depends on the number of pages and the work involved.

Do you provide training to get comfortable on Shopify?

Absolutely. We include complimentary workshop training on POS Pro, ecommerce, and even marketing best practices.

Is there any downtime during the migration?

No. You can launch ecommerce and POS Pro simultaneously or in stages. We’ll always re-migrate any interim changes so nothing is lost.

Are there any extra fees?

No. Our fees are fixed unless custom coding is required, which is rare.

How long does the migration take?

Typically 2–3 weeks from kickoff, depending on content readiness and approvals.

Can you preserve our order history and customer data?

Yes. Depending on the plan, we migrate full order history (up to 10 years) and customer details, keeping links intact.

Will my gift cards and credit accounts be preserved?

Yes, all active gift cards and customer credit accounts are migrated in the Advanced and Complete plans, but can't be used as is.

Can we test Shopify before fully migrating?

Absolutely. We provide a test store with demo products and apps so you can explore at your own pace.

What happens if we’re not ready to launch right away?

We can pause and resume work without losing data or the migration discount. We’ll coordinate timing to suit your schedule.
