Is there any downtime during the migration?
No. You can launch ecommerce and POS Pro simultaneously or in stages. We’ll always re-migrate any interim changes so nothing is lost.

No. Our fees are fixed unless custom coding is required, which is rare.
How long does the migration take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from kickoff, depending on content readiness and approvals.
Can you preserve our order history and customer data?
